# DuskShell FAQ

## Is DuskShell only an SSH terminal?

No. DuskShell keeps SSH terminal access, then adds connection diagnostics, remote files, command templates, server-to-server transfer, Docker, Nginx, logs, and AI-assisted troubleshooting.

## Does DuskShell require memorizing commands?

No. Users can still run commands directly, but DuskShell provides command templates and explanations for common server maintenance tasks.

## Can DuskShell manage server files?

Yes. DuskShell is designed for remote file browsing, upload, download, and online editing in the same workspace as the SSH session.

## Can DuskShell transfer files between servers?

Yes. Server-to-server transfer is one of the supported workflow areas, useful when files need to move between remote machines without passing through the local computer.

## Can DuskShell manage Docker?

DuskShell is designed to inspect and operate Docker workloads through SSH workflows, including containers, logs, ports, images, status, and common troubleshooting.

## Can DuskShell manage Nginx?

DuskShell is designed to help inspect Nginx configuration, service status, access logs, error logs, syntax checks, reload workflows, and common upstream or TLS issues.

## Does AI execute commands automatically?

AI assistance is meant to explain output, diagnose issues, and suggest next steps. Users should review and confirm commands or configuration changes before execution.

## Is DuskShell for production servers?

DuskShell can be used with production servers by authorized users, but it does not replace backups, monitoring, incident response, security review, or change management.
